Ordering & Payment

We accept most major credit cards and paypal. On clicking order you will be taken to a secure online customer details page. This will enable you to include both your delivery and billing address. Once you have completed your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation page, validating that we have received your order.

From receipt of your order, you can typically expect to receive your delivery within 5 working days. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us on 01484 714 461 (Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm, excluding Bank Holidays).


Please note that all transactions will be carried out in Pound Sterling. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers.

We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software malfunctions, or human error in either the pricing of goods or delivery charges. Any incorrect charges will be immediately notified to you prior to preparing your order.

The prices on this website are subject to change without notification. All prices are stated at NET value. Invoices are inclusive of VAT.

Stock Availability

If listed on the website, we, at the time of your order, have stock available to send to you. As some of our products are handmade / made-to-order and/or are on a back-log due to unusual high order quantities, we cannot guarantee permanent availability of all our products. We will, however, advise of any delays and offer potential substitutes within 3 working days of your online order (Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm) and will provide you a refund, in full, if our delivery timescales do not match your requirements. Changes to the Site and Terms

We may update our site from time to time and may change the content at any time. However, please note that any of the content on our site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update it.

We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will be free from errors or omissions.  We may revise these terms of use at any time by amending this page.

Product Descriptions

Colours of our products may vary from that seen on your computer monitor. If the colour of the product or packaging is critical; you should contact us directly prior to ordering.


All items must be ordered according to the minimum quantities specified on the website. Those that are specified as a set cannot be ordered separately.


Are you wanting to order a larger quantity of goods such as a half or full pallet? Please email us with the items you would like to purchase and we will find you the most cost-effective method for you to receive your order. We do not make money on the delivery charge so we want to provide you the most economical method to suit your need: sales@john-drury.co.uk.

Your online order can only be delivered within the UK. All delivery charges are calculated by weight including products and packaging. The cost of delivery varies by shipping address and weight of your order.

Please allow 5 working days to receive your order. If you require your goods urgently please contact us by telephone and we will endeavour to meet your order requirements. Any finished bar or liquid soap full pallet orders over £2,500.00 and being delivered to the mainland UK only, will incur no additional delivery charge. If you have a £2,500 order outside mainland UK, please contact us Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm to see if we can offer a better delivery price than that quoted on our website.

We accept no liability for delay in delivery. For overseas orders and larger orders totaling over 60kilos, please contact us by telephone +44 (0)1484 714 461 and we will separately quote the delivery charges and timescales for delivery.


We want you to be completely happy with your order. If in the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase, we will arrange a refund or exchange for the value of the goods ordered. The Company offers a full refund on all products, excluding the delivery charges, providing they are returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days. The cost of returning the goods to the Company for refund is the responsibility of the Purchaser.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it


When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. If you leave a comment, the comment and its meta data are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

We collect only the basic personal details required to process your order. We will not release your name, address, email address or any other information about our customers to any outside party. We will not trade, resell, sell, or redistribute information that you provide to us, to any other companies, organisations or individuals.

Your information provided to us during the ordering process is protected by 128-bit industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide encryption of personal information such as your name, address and credit card details. This server encrypts information while it is being transmitted across the internet so that unauthorised people cannot read it.
