Order
On clicking order you will be taken to a secure online customer details page. This will also give us your mailing details so we can send the products to you. You will receive a confirmation email upon placing your order. Our secure webpage is being hosted by Freecom.net and payments are made using secure host server Protx.

Prices
The prices on this website are subject to change without notification. All prices are subject to VAT.
Stock Availability
As many of our products are handmade, we cannot guarantee permanent availability of all our products. We will however advise of any delays.
Products
As many of our products are handmade, there may be slight variations to soaps and
gifts. Products are subject to availablity and maybe replaced with similar items if not in stock. Store in the original, closed containers under dry conditions. Avoid extremes of temperature.
Delivery
Any orders placed online can only be delivered within the UK. All our orders are calculated by weight. Weights are calculated on products and packaging. Orders under 1kg will be delivered by recorded delivery, Royal Mail. Orders over 1kg will be delivered by Parcelforce and charged at fixed price within 30kg weight ranges e.g 1 - 30kg, 30 - 60kg. All orders will have to be signed for on receipt of your delivery. Please allow 7 - 10 working days for delivery. If you require your goods urgently please contact us by telephone and we will endeavour to meet your order requirements. Any orders over £250.00 will have no additional carriage charge. We accept no liability for delay in delivery. For overseas orders, please contact us by telephone and we will separately quote delivery charges and times.
Returns
The Company offers a full refund on all products, excluding the delivery costs, providing they are returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days. The cost of returning the goods to the Company for refund is the responsibility of the Purchaser.
How to return: Briefly write down the reason for your return along with your contact details and send to us at John Drury & Co Ltd, River Street, Brighouse HD6 1NJ. Retain your proof of postage in case parcel lost in transit.
